Must have sound understanding of the country's travel and tourism industry, its challenges, problems and potential. Must exhibit a thorough understanding of the publishing process and be equally at home interviewing high level executives and discussing publishing issues with the sales team. Reporting to the Group Editor, the Editor will be responsible for developing a market-leading editorial product designed for the local market.

ITP, the publisher of more magazines serving the Middle East’s business and consumer markets than any other company, requires a highly motivated Arabic Editor to join its Customer Publishing Group.
The Editor will be responsible for project managing, writing, translating and editing a selection of related bi-lingual travel/lifestyle titles. A sound grasp of the English language is essential. Successful candidates will also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, be able to meet tight deadlines and to work closely with both internal and external teams; strong communication skills are a must. The candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in the print publishing sector, and a minimum of three years experiences as an editor. A working knowledge of InDesign or a similar publishing program is a benefit. Please provide samples of your work together with your CV.
